Yoga: Geared towards all levels of students. Beginners are welcome in any class. Students are lead thru various asanas (postures). Props are used to make any modifications necessary to assist with relaxation and proper alignment.

Breath and Balance:  Breathing is the most basic exercise and often misunderstood. Proper breathing is essential for healthy living. Everyone should take this class at least once.

Stretch and Strengthen:  This is a mat class in the studio.  Increases flexibility, core strength and balance.  All fitness levels can participate at their own capabilities.  The non-competitive atmosphere makes this good even for beginners.

Pilates Intro: Learn about the basics of Pilates. Pilates focuses on core strength and improves, flexibility, balance and awareness of body position.  Excellent for beginners but can be challenging to anyone who has never trained with Pilates.

Super Circuits:  In the studio you work at a station for one minute or less depending on your fitness level. We use balls, bands, body weight, etc to give you a full body workout. Good for low intermediates and up.

Step and Aerobics: Two similar classes with the steps used in the Step class and light weights in the aerobic class.  Tone, build strength and endurance.

Latin Dance: It's the same fun as Zumba with a few different moves.

Boot Camp:  This is an expanded version of Jason's famous boot camp class.  This is the most intense program at Wings. To participate you must be in moderate to excellent fitness level. You will not need to keep up with everyone but it is not for beginners. You wouldn't leave this class thinking you need to do more.

TRX:  A challenging circuit class with intervals of cardio and strength using your own body weight with special equipment.  Activates your large and smaller stabilizer muscles.  Led by Linda and Ken.

Q Pilates:  Uniquely strengthens and lengthens the core.  Pilates designed mat exercises develope great posture, incredible strength, flexibility and  and breath.  Reduces stress and makes you feel great.   Call Linda at 848-448-3102 for more info.
